    • Description:

      -Complete a thorough warm-up/mobilisation routine before you begin
      -Focus on an explosive first step, driving off of the T as powerfully as possible onto each ball

    • Exercise Notes:Work through 3 sets of the 5 ball pick-ups. Rest 90secs between sets

    • Minutes on exercise:6:00

    • Description:

      Make the drill more functional, by switching the order of each set slightly - first right/left/right/left, then left/right/left/right, then right/right/left/left, then left/left/right/right

    • Exercise Notes:Work through 4 sets of 4 touches in the front corners, taking 1min between sets

    • Minutes on exercise:6:00

    • Description:

      Make the first step away from the T as powerful as possible, stabilising low on the lead leg as you pick-up the ball. Work short to long on the first 2 sets, then switch to working from long to short on the next 2 sets

    • Exercise Notes:Work through 4 sets of the 6 ball pick-ups, taking 90secs between sets
