    • Description:

      -Complete a thorough warm-up/mobilisation routine before you begin
      -Stay tight to the square around the corners, make the changes of direction as sharp and explosive as possible

    • Exercise Notes:Work in sets of 4 reps of the square. Complete 4 sets, taking 90secs rest between each and switching between clockwise and anti-clockwise

    • Description:

      Aim to complete each set of sprints in under 60secs

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 3 sets of 20 court sprints, taking 1min rest between each

    • Minutes on exercise:7:00

    • Description:

      Aim for a good height on each jump, but maintain a rhythm to the landing and take off

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 4 sets of 12 jumps. Rest for 90secs between each set
