      Aim to work with a steady footwork rhythm on both the court lengths and lateral widths. Target time for the court lengths is 60secs, and 45secs for the widths

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 3 sets of the 20/20 drill - 20 court sprints followed by 1min rest, and then 20 lateral widths with a further 1min rest before repeating 3 times through (6 total working sets)
