    • Exercise Notes:Hold the plank for 30secs, and then go immediately into your set of curls

    • Minutes on exercise:1:00

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 10 reps of the curl, immediately after your 30secs plank hold. Rest for 1min, then move to the next exercise set

    • Minutes on exercise:2:00

    • Exercise Notes:Hold the plank on your right side for 30secs, and then go immediately into your set of curls

    • Minutes on exercise:1:00

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 10 reps of the curl, immediately after your 30secs plank hold. Rest for 1min, then move to the next exercise set

    • Minutes on exercise:2:00

    • Exercise Notes:Hold the plank on your left side for 30secs, and then go immediately into your set of curls

    • Minutes on exercise:1:00

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 10 reps of the curl, immediately after your 30secs plank hold

    • Minutes on exercise:2:00

    • Exercise Notes:Hold the front support position with alternating shoulder touches for 30secs, and then go immediately into your set of curls

    • Minutes on exercise:1:00

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 10 reps of the curl, immediately after your 30secs front support hold. Rest for 1min, then move to the next exercise set

    • Minutes on exercise:2:00

    • Exercise Notes:Hold the glute bridge with hips elevated for 30secs, and then go immediately into your set of curls

    • Minutes on exercise:1:00

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 10 reps of the curl, immediately after your 30secs bridge hold

    • Minutes on exercise:1:00
