    • Description:

      Start each of the 3 sets with 100 double unders skips, or 150 standard skips if you struggle with the advanced technique

    • Exercise Notes:Work a fast pace on the skips, getting the 100/150 reps out as quickly as you can before the start of each 5min circuit set. Go straight into the snatch/burpee sets as soon as you're done

      Complete 12 reps of the snatch (changing arms for every set), then 4 reps of the burpees - alternating between the 2 for as many times as you can in 5mins. Drop to 10 and 4 for the second set, and then 8 and 4 for the final set

    • Exercise Notes:Make sure your snatch technique is sound before using this circuit - check with an instructor if you're not sure. Depending on your level of strength, work with around 10% of bodyweight on your 1st set, then 15% on the 2nd, and 20% on your 3rd

    • Exercise Notes:Work fast on the burpees, but keep focused on solid technique. Count how many completed sets of the snatch/burpees you get through in each set, and work to improve your score over time. Rest for 2mins between each of the 3x 5mins sets
