    • Description:

      -Complete a thorough warm-up/mobilisation routine before you begin
      -Work at a high intensity, but ensure you don't set the treadmill speed higher than you can safely manage

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 1000m in the fastest time possible, then move immediately onto the next exercise

      Maintain proper form throughout the exercise, keeping your core engaged and lower back braced

      Work at the fastest pace you can sustain, making sure not to 'slump' forward and compromise your lower back. Record your total time for the 3 exercises, and try to stay within 20secs for each subsequent set

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 1000m in the fastest time possible, then rest for 2mins before repeating the circuit 1, 2, or 3 times depending on your level of fitness
