Fitness /  Gym Machine Challenge Circuit 2 (30mins)

    • Description:

      -Complete a thorough warm-up/mobilisation routine before you begin
      -Take 30secs to get the treadmill up to speed, before you start recording the distance travelled

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 10mins on the treadmill, and record how far you go in metres. Rest 2mins then move onto the next machine

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00

    • Description:

      Maintain a strong core position throughout the exercise, to avoid too much stress on the lower back. Try and work equally through both the arms and legs, to maintain balance throughout the body

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 10mins on the rower, and record how far you go in metres. Rest 2mins then move onto the next machine

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00

    • Description:

      -Concentrate on getting a steady cadence on the bike, and maintain an upright posture to avoid 'slumping'.
      -Change order in which you go through the gym machines each time you attempt the session, and try and beat your previous time

    • Exercise Notes:Complete 10mins on the rower, and record how far you go in metres. Record your total distance covered over the 3 machines

    • Minutes on exercise:10:00
