    • Description:

      -Complete 5min light warm-up before you begin
      -Aim to improve your best level over time. Once you can max out the levels on the bike in your gym, try the same session with a 110rpm target

    • Exercise Notes:Maintain speed above 100rpm for 1min, on a resistance level of 1. For the 2nd minute increase bike resistance level to 2 while still maintaining 100rpm+, and then continue to increase level by 1 every minute until you can no longer maintain 100rpm+
