When we say ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘Learn From A Legend’ it’s because that’s who we are and we own and run the SquashSkills Sites.
PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Sites, register on the Sites, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, Sites, features or resources we make available on our Sites.
Users may be asked for, as appropriate, their name and email address. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Sites related activities.
NON-PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Sites. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Sites, such as the operating system and the Internet Sites providers utilised and other similar information.
WEB BROWSER COOKIES
When you visit our Sites, there’s certain information that’s recorded which is generally anonymous information and does not reveal your identity. If you’re logged into your account some of this information could be associated with your account. We’re talking about the following kinds of details:
a. your IP address or proxy server IP address’;
b. the domain name you requested;
c. the name of your internet service provider is sometimes captured depending on the configuration of your ISP connection;
d. the date and time of your visit to the website;
e. the length of your session;
f. the pages which you have accessed;
g. the number of times you access our Sites within any month;
h. the file URL you look at and information relating to it;
i. the website which referred you to our Sites; and
j. the operating system which your computer uses.
INFORMATION WE MAY RECEIVE FROM THIRD PARTIES
We may receive information about you from third parties. For example, if you access our websites or Site through a third-party connection or log-in, for example, through Facebook Connect, that third party may pass certain information about your use of its Site to us. This information could include, but is not limited to, the user ID associated with your account (for example, your Facebook UID), an access token necessary to access that Site, any information that you have permitted the third party to share with us, and any information you have made public in connection with that Site. You should always review, and if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites and Sites before linking or connecting them. You may also unlink your third party account from the Site by adjusting your settings on the third party Site.
HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION
Learn From A Legend may collect and use Users’ personal information for the following purposes:
To improve the customer Site experience. Information you provide helps us respond to your customer Site requests and support needs more efficiently.
To personalise user experience We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the Sites and resources provided on our Site.
To improve our Sites we may use feedback you provide to improve our products and Sites.
To process payments and sign users up to the service
To run a promotion, contest, survey or other Site feature
To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
To send periodic emails. Where we have your consent to do so (e.g. if you have subscribed to one of our e-mail lists or have created a SquashSkills account), we send you marketing communications by email about products and services that we feel may be of interest to you.
MARKETING CHOICES REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You can ‘opt-out’ of such communications if you would prefer not to receive them in the future by using the “unsubscribe” facility provided in the communication itself.
You also have choices about cookies, as described above. By modifying your browser preferences, you have the choice to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies. If you choose to reject cookies some parts of our Sites may not work properly in your case.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Sites.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
We may use third party Site providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.

Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Crazy Egg, Instapage, Wishpond, Stripe, Profitwell, Vimeo, Facebook app, Twitter, Google Drive, Segment, Mixpanel, Optimizely, New Relic, AppOptics, Google Tag manager, PayPal, Adroll, HotJar.
THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
Users may find advertising or other content on our Sites that link to the sites and Sites of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or Sites, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and Sites may have their own privacy policies and customer Site policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.
We may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools and Sites, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the SquashSkills platform. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving the Sites. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user
LOG FILE INFORMATION:
Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile device each time you access the Sites. When you use our Sites, our servers automatically record certain log file information. These server logs may include anonymous information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Sites, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.
When you access the Sites by or through a mobile device (including but not limited to smart-phones or tablets), we may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store one or more “device identifiers,” such as a universally unique identifier (“UUID”). Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may be data stored in connection with the device hardware, data stored in connection with the device’s operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by Learn From A Legend. A device identifier may convey information to us about how you browse and use the Sites. A device identifier may remain persistently on your device, to help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the Sites. Some features of the Sites may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.
When you access the Sites by or through a mobile device, we may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store “location data,” which may include GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device. Location data may convey to us information about how you browse and use the Sites. Some features of the Sites, particularly location-based Sites, may not function properly if use or availability of location data is impaired or disabled.
COMMERCIAL AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS:
We use the information we collect or receive, such as your email address, to communicate directly with you. We may send you emails containing newsletters, promotions, and special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you will be given the option to opt out or change your preferences. We also use your information to send you Site-related emails (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to features of the Sites, technical and security notices). You may not opt out of Site-related emails.

We will not rent or sell your information into third parties outside of Learn From A Legend and its group companies (including any parent, subsidiaries and affiliates) without your consent, except as noted below:
Who can see User Content: Any User Content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Sites becomes available to the public and cannot be removed, except by Learn From A Legend in its sole discretion. Once posted on SquashSkills, User Content may not be removable from public view, as copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Sites, on other sites that have republished us, or if other Users have copied or saved that information. If you do not wish your User Content to be available to the public, please don’t post it on SquashSkills.
Your username and if you choose to disclose it, your real name, will be published publicly. Once published your username and / or real name may not be able to be removed.
Who can see your IP address: If you post User Content on the Sites while not logged in, your IP address will be published with your User Content in order to attribute your contribution to the Sites. A selection of Trusted Users with administrative powers on SquashSkills have the ability to review IP addresses of users to reduce abusive behavior. Any third party Site embedded on SquashSkills such as an advertiser, video provider, social network or other third party will also have access to your IP address.
Who can see your email address: If you enter an email address, you will enable communication from Learn From A Legend and other Users. If you reply to users or participate in group activities such as camps, your email address will be shared with these users.
INSTANCES WHERE WE ARE REQUIRED TO SHARE YOUR INFORMATION:

We may share certain Site type information, including information obtained through tools such as cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data and clear gifs (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.): (i) with our third-party business partners for the purposes described in the section above on “How We Collect and Use Information.” We may also aggregate or otherwise strip data of all personally identifying characteristics and may share that aggregated, anonymised data with third parties.
ADS ON SQUASHSKILLS:
Please note that an advertiser may ask Learn From A Legend to show an ad to a certain audience of Users (e.g., based on demographics or other interests). In that situation, Learn From A Legend or our Partners determines the target audience and Learn From A Legend serves the advertising to that audience and only provides anonymous data to the advertiser. If you respond to such an ad, the advertiser or ad server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach.
To enhance your user experience or help us improve and measure our effectiveness, Learn From A Legend may embed code from third parties on the Sites. Examples of such parties may include Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google, YouTube, and others. These third parties may collect information about you including IP address, cookies in ways Learn From A Legend does not control.

Learn From A Legend cares about the security of your information, and uses commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through the Sites. To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to your email communications from Learn From A Legend, at all times. However, Learn From A Legend cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Learn From A Legend or guarantee that information on the Sites may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Your privacy settings may also be affected by changes to the functionality of third party sites and Sites that you add to the SquashSkills Sites, such as social networks. Learn From A Legend is not responsible for the functionality or security measures of any third party.
Compromise of information:
In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, Learn From A Legend will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
OPTING OUT OF COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION FOR TRACKING / ADVERTISING
Please refer to your mobile device or browser’s technical information for instructions on how to delete and disable cookies, and other tracking/recording tools. Depending on your type of device, it may not be possible to delete or disable tracking mechanisms on your mobile device. Note that disabling cookies and/or other tracking tools prevents Learn From A Legend or its business partners from tracking your browser’s activities in relation to the Sites, and for use in targeted advertising activities by third parties. However, doing so may disable many of the features available through the Sites. Learn From A Legend does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register as Users. The Sites and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We sometimes may offer Content (e.g., competitions, sweepstakes, or promotions) that is sponsored by or co- branded with identified third parties. We are not responsible for and have no control over these third parties' use of this information.
