Frequently asked questions

Upgrading or cancelling your subscription

Please follow these steps if you'd like to edit your subscription plan or update your card details: 

Hover over the left menu and click on 'My account' near the bottom. 

Once on your account page you'll see two blue buttons at the top of the screen. If you wish to edit your subscription plan please click the ‘Payment plan’ button, if you wish to update your card information please click on the ‘Payment details’ button.

1. If you’d like to update your card details please enter the new information and click ‘Update details’. Your card details will now be updated. 


1. If you’d like to change your subscription plan please select the appropriate option from the table (If you wish to cancel please select the 'Free' option). 

2. To confirm and save the changes in your account you'll need to tick the small box, and click 'Update account’. Your subscription plan will now change. 

It's very important to click the ‘Update account’ button in order to save any the changes that you'd like to make before exiting.

Once updated the system will automatically change your plan for you. You can double check that the changes have saved correctly by logging out of your account, logging back in, and visiting the 'My account' page.


How often are new videos released online?

We generally release around 10 new videos every 2 weeks. Sometimes it may be more, occasionally it may be slightly less, but you will constantly get a stream of new video content as well as a minimum of 2 articles each week.

Can you help me specifically with certain shots?

We constantly add new content to the site, but if there is a video you specifically wish to see, email jethro@squashskills.com and we will do our best to cover that topic.

Why should I value and follow the advice in your videos?

The SquashSkills coaching team is made up of some of the best players in the game – the videos are based on techniques that have worked for them… so hopefully they will work for you too.

Pricing & payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

All forms of payment are secure. You are able to use Visa and MasterCard. 

Will my monthly subscription be increased for any reason?

No. The price of the plan you sign up to is fixed for the duration of your subscription, there will be no price increases even though the content library you have access to will continue to expand and grow.

Do I really get my money back if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, if you are not 100% happy with your membership simply email us a paragraph telling us what you didn't like about the site and what we could do to improve your experience so that you would remain a member.

Contract & security

Am I locked into a contract?

No. You can cancel your subscription at any time, without any penalties or extra charges. Visit the top of this page if you would like to do that. 

Monthly contracts are rolling, there is no minimum contract length, allowing you to cancel whenever you wish.

How do I cancel my subscription?

I have not received an activation email:

Please check your spam folder, if it is not in there please email us at customersupport@squashskills.com

I have subscribed yet I still can't see the videos:

Please logout then log back in.

The video audio levels are not consistent:

The earliest of video uploads may have varied audio levels as they were recorded using different, older devices. All devices have now been upgraded to ensure maximum quality and consistency. We are currently in the process of re-recording all the videos that have slight sound issues.
