The Racket Touch Drill is a great exercise for developing squash-specific speed on court. Sets are kept short and sharp, lasting no longer than about 10-15 seconds, with a subsequent 30 second rest period to allow sufficient recovery time to ensure each rep is performed at the maximum pace with the maximum quality. Remember that this is first and foremost a speed drill, so while there may well be an element of fatigue built up toward the end of the drill, you shouldn't be finishing physically exhasted - this session is very much designed for quality over quantity.
